To the tax office: Turkish
e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices are sent to the Revenue Administration (GİB) in the official Turkish UBL-TR format. Headings, document types and tax codes are filled in by the program.
To your customer: their language
Quotes, pro forma invoices, orders, invoice copies, dispatch notes and account statements can be printed and emailed in any of the 8 languages. The copy states that the official document is the Turkish e-document and shows its ETTN number.

e-Invoice and e-Archive
Approve an invoice and click “Send to GİB”: it goes out through a private integrator (özel entegratör) authorised by GİB, as an e-Invoice or e-Archive invoice depending on the buyer. Supplier invoices arrive in your inbox, where you accept or reject them and turn them into purchase invoices.
e-Dispatch notes
Dispatch notes with shipment date, vehicle plate and driver, sent to GİB as e-Dispatch (e-İrsaliye) in one click. Shipped quantities update stock, and several dispatch notes can be combined into one invoice.
Customers, suppliers and statements
Customer and supplier accounts with balances, due dates and account statements as PDF or Excel. Set a risk limit per customer: open balance plus uncollected cheques is checked, and the invoice screen warns you before the limit is exceeded.
Quotes, orders and invoices
Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in one click. Sales, purchase and return invoices with VAT, discounts and withholding calculated for you. Orders are in the KOBİ and Pro plans.
Stock
Products and services, unit sets, price lists, stock vouchers and stock counts; dispatch notes keep stock up to date. Quantities are also shown in a second unit (e.g. boxes), and a stock count draft is kept while you count.
Reports
Ready-made reports for the modules in your plan: ageing and average due date, risk limits, customer × product and product × month sales, price analysis, top customers, VAT and withholding summaries, cash and bank statements, cheque ageing, order fulfilment, uninvoiced dispatch notes, reorder suggestions and a year-end inventory list. Every report prints and exports to PDF or Excel.
Cash and bank
Cash collections and payments, bank accounts, transfers, fees and interest.
Bank statements, imported or online
Upload an Excel or CSV statement: columns are detected and your mapping is remembered. Transactions are matched to customers and suppliers by IBAN, tax number, description and learned rules; you review and approve, and duplicates are skipped. With your own account at the bank data provider Ödüyo, transactions can also arrive automatically every 30 minutes on weekdays.
Cheques and promissory notes
Portfolio, endorsement, collection and due-date tracking for cheques and notes, which are still widely used in Türkiye.
Instalment sales
A collection that arrives through a bank transaction or a payment link closes the matching instalment by itself; there is nothing to close by hand. Ageing and overdue reports follow the instalment due dates, so an instalmented balance is not shown as overdue. Down payment, instalment plan, promissory-note printing, late interest and reminders.
Card payment links
Send your customer a link to pay by card; the collection is posted to their account automatically. Requires your company’s own iyzico or PayTR account.

Loans and company credit cards
Bank loan repayment plans with interest, BSMV and KKDF, loan payments, and company credit card spending and statements.
Multi-currency and CBRT rates
Documents and accounts in USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, SAR, RUB, AZN. The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT/TCMB) rate for the document date is filled in automatically, and exchange differences are calculated into a draft exchange-difference invoice.
Export and micro-export invoices
Micro-export (ETGB) invoices for parcels sent abroad; export, export-registered and service-export invoices in the Pro plan. The VAT exemption, exemption code and legal note are added according to the invoice type.
Documents in your customer's language
Quotes, pro formas, invoice copies and statements in English, German, Russian, Azerbaijani, French, Italian, Spanish or Turkish, chosen per customer or per document.
Excel import
Bring in your customer, supplier and product lists from Excel. Files exported from Logo, Mikro, Zirve, Netsis, Paraşüt and Luca are recognised automatically.
Users, roles and your accountant
Owner, administrator and user roles; the number of users depends on the plan. Give your Turkish accountant (mali müşavir) read-only access: they review documents, run reports, export to Excel and download a month’s invoice PDFs as one ZIP. Accountant users do not count toward your plan’s user limit.

Payment
- Credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution; we never store your card details.
- Bank transfer (EFT): your plan is activated once the payment reaches our account.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so nothing is charged without your action.
- You receive an e-Archive or e-Invoice for every payment.
Security and reliability
Encrypted connection
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
Nightly backups
Data is backed up every night; copies kept off the server are encrypted first.
Each company kept separate
Each company’s data is kept apart; users only see the companies they are authorised for.
Never sold
Your data is processed only to provide the service. It is never sold or used for advertising.
No double entries
The same invoice cannot be approved twice and an e-document cannot be sent twice, even after a double click or from two tabs. This is enforced in the database.
Credentials stored encrypted
Bank, virtual POS and e-document integrator credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown in full again once saved.
Roles and permissions
Owner, administrator and user roles; your accountant can only view. Temporary passwords must be changed at first login.
Safe updates
Updates go live with a maintenance break of a few seconds; the app waits and continues on its own. If a problem is detected, the previous version is restored automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know Turkish?
No. You can use the whole program in English, and each user picks their own language. The official e-Invoice and e-Archive documents are generated in Turkish by the program, because that is what GİB requires. Product and service names appear exactly as you type them, so ask your accountant how to word them.
Are the invoices legally valid?
Yes. e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices are issued in the official UBL-TR format and sent through a private integrator (özel entegratör) authorised by GİB, so they have the same legal standing as any other e-invoice in Türkiye. The translated copies you send to foreign customers are for information; the binding document is the Turkish e-document.
Can my Turkish accountant work with it?
Yes. Add your accountant as a user with the accountant (mali müşavir) role. They get read-only access to your records, can run reports and export them to Excel, and can use the program in Turkish while you use it in English.
Which currencies are supported?
Turkish lira plus USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, SAR, RUB, AZN. The CBRT (TCMB) buying rate for the document date is filled in automatically and you can change it by hand. Exchange differences are calculated and prepared as a draft exchange-difference invoice. Multi-currency is part of the Pro plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with all features and no card required. Nothing is charged when the trial ends. If you don’t choose a plan, your account becomes read-only: your records are kept and you can still view them and export them to Excel.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is kept on the servers the service is hosted on and travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Each company’s data is kept separate. Everything is backed up daily, and backups are encrypted before they leave the server. Your data is never sold or used for advertising. Details are in our privacy notice (in Turkish).
Do I need to be registered for e-Invoice first?
To send e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices your company has to be registered in the GİB e-Invoice system. If you are not registered yet, you can start with the program right away; we help with registration and integrator setup.
Can I invoice customers abroad?
Yes. Micro-export (ETGB) invoices are available in the KOBİ and Pro plans; export, export-registered and service-export invoices are in the Pro plan. The VAT exemption and exemption code are added according to the invoice type.
What are e-document credits?
Each e-document you send uses 1 credit. Credits are bought separately and never expire.
Can bank transactions come in automatically?
You can always upload an Excel or CSV statement from your bank; transactions are matched to customers and suppliers for you to review and approve. If your company has its own account with Ödüyo, a bank data provider, transactions are also pulled automatically every 30 minutes on weekdays and go through the same review. Other providers such as Vomsis are not supported yet. Bank statements are part of the KOBİ, Pro and Freelance plans.
Which reports are included?
Account balances and movements, ageing, risk limits and blacklist, average due date and late interest, monthly account summary; monthly sales and purchases, by customer and by product, customer × product, product × month, price analysis, top customers, VAT, stoppage and withholding summaries; stock status and movements, year-end inventory list, order fulfilment, uninvoiced dispatch notes, reorder suggestions, cash and bank statements, cheque due dates, ageing, rediscount and slips. Reports follow the modules in your plan; all of them print and export to PDF or Excel.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The program runs in your browser, so you can use it on a computer, tablet or phone with the same account. There is nothing to install or update.
